Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to all Corporate Recruiters and will act as a key point of contact for all candidates and new hires pertaining to onboarding-related activities within the department. The Recruitment Coordinator use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assist hiring managers, Corporate Recruiters and applicants with troubleshooting and support. This role is also responsible for the creation and management of reports to track recruitment activity and metrics. The Recruitment Coordinator will provide oversight to the company Employee Referral Program (ERP) and corresponding communication. The Recruitment Coordinator will assist the Recruitment Manager with designated department projects.


  • Overseeing the Employee Referral Program, including tracking, communication, and reporting.
  • Overseeing all social media campaigns, including tracking, communication, and reporting.
  • Overseeing all internal and external employee and customer surveys, including tracking, communication and reporting.
  • Performing follow-up with new employees to assist with questions and ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Communicating with incoming new employees to ensure all details have been arranged for successful onboarding.
  • Data entry and maintenance of applicant tracking system.


  • Education: High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-year experience in Human Resources or staff recruiting. Health Care experience preferred.
  • Skills: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff. Working knowledge of Recruitment and/or Human Resource functions. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate, with experience in the operation of office equipment and iCims knowledge preferred.
