What you’ll do…..

  • Provide an overall administration of all clinical areas, and ensure the quality and clinically appropriate patient care provided in the home.

  • Monitors appropriateness of staffing and productivity

  • Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency

  • Monitors and analyzes QAPI issues and directs clinical staff with regard to agency policy and procedures.

Job Requirements

What your skills and qualifications are…..

  • A registered nurse licensed in Texas or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact.

  • 1 - 2 years of management experience in a health related setting. 

  • Completes the 24 hours of required training within first 12- month period after the date of designation to the position. 

  • Completes CIMA’s on the job internship training with an assigned mentor utilizing agency specific competency modules.  Employee will function under the supervision of a mentor until competency has been demonstrated in all appropriate areas. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Possess a vehicle in good working condition, which is available during work hours, with current proof of auto insurance and a valid driver’s license.
